From the League Contract Summary of Selected Articles

• A grievance that has not been resolved after the completion of Step 3 of the grievance procedure may be submitted to an impartial arbitrator within thirty working days by the Union.
• The decision of the arbitrator is final and binding on all parties to the arbitration.
